The Evora Izmir Project, a joint venture between Teknik Yapi and Halk GYO with the backing of Emlak Konut, is being realized in Alsancak, Izmir, one of the Aegean's most prestigious cities. Located in Alsancak, one of Izmir's most valued districts, the Evora Izmir project will feature 825 residences. Comprising 10 blocks, the project will be built on a 35,600-square-meter plot. With a total construction area of 225,000 square meters, Evora Izmir will also include 41 commercial spaces, a 500-person ballroom, an art gallery, a 485-seat conference hall, and a 121-room hotel. The project offers a variety of apartment options, including 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 6+1 layouts, with sizes ranging from 60 to 320 square meters.

Evora Izmir, blending residential, commercial, park, cultural, and tourism elements into a mixed-concept development, captivates with its proximity to the sea—just 600 meters away—allowing residents to enjoy the beauty of the blue waters. Situated within walking distance to the Kordon and adjacent to Kulturpark, the project is set to redefine urban living. Construction is underway, with the first phase targeted for delivery within 36 months.
