The success of the Ataşehir Modern project will mark the conclusion of the debt collection process for the Balkaner Group, closing a long-standing file for TMSF.'

Located on a 34,145-square-meter plot, Ataşehir Modern presents buyers with three distinct mixed-use residential blocks.
