The Golden River Thermal City project includes 3+1, 4+1, 5+1 duplex, and 6+1 duplex apartments, with sizes ranging from 153 square meters for 3+1 units, 172 to 190 square meters for 4+1 units, 292 square meters for 5+1 duplex units, and 239 to 265 square meters for 6+1 duplex units.
The most notable feature of the Golden River Thermal City project is its hot water system. Thanks to this system, exclusively available to residents, the long-touted health benefits of thermal waters become a part of daily life. The project enhances both recreational activities and healthy living with hot water pools, complemented by amenities such as gyms, saunas, and Turkish baths. Additionally, the inclusion of facilities like bakeries, supermarkets, and barbershops for men and women transforms Golden River Thermal City into a vibrant living hub. The project is scheduled for delivery in June 2018.
