The Torkam E5 project, developed by Torkam Construction and Nar Urban Partnership, is being built on a 20,776-square-meter plot. Situated adjacent to E5, one of Istanbul's most vital transportation hubs, the project is also conveniently located near Atatürk Airport, the Metrobus, and Tram lines, as well as the upcoming Metro and Monorail systems. Torkam Construction, in collaboration with Nar Urban Partnership, has now embarked on its new project, "Torkam E5," to be constructed on a plot acquired through TOKİ's revenue-sharing model for 900 million TL in Istanbul's Sefaköy district. TOKİ President M. Ergün Turan highlighted that the land, located alongside the E5 Highway, intersects with the Sefaköy Metrobus station and public transportation lines. "The proximity of our plot to major transport routes, the diversity of the area, and its fully developed infrastructure present a new opportunity for investors," Turan stated, adding that the central location of the land attracted significant interest during the tender process.
The Torkam E5 project includes 234 residences, 117 offices, and 310 retail shops. The residential units in the project range from 1+1, 2+1, to 3+1 layouts. In the Torkam E5 project, 1+1 units start from 53 square meters, 2+1 units from 70 square meters, and 3+1 units are designed at 120 square meters. The 117 offices in the project will vary in size from 80 to 180 square meters to cater to diverse buyer needs.
The Torkam E5 project holds high investment potential due to its prime location near E5, one of Istanbul's most crucial and advantageous transportation hubs on the European Side, as well as its proximity to Atatürk Airport, the Metrobus, Tram lines, and the soon-to-be-launched Metro and Monorail systems.
