The Büyükyalı Istanbul project, developed by Özak GYO in partnership with Ziylan Real Estate and Yenigün Construction, is situated on a 111-acre plot along the coastal road of Kazlıçeşme in Istanbul. Launched for sale in the last quarter of 2016, the project is being completed in phases. It comprises a total of 1,540 residential units, including 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5+1 apartments, as well as loft, Fendi, and penthouse units. The ceiling heights in the project are designed at 2.75 cm, 2.85 cm, 4.50 cm, and 7.50 cm.
