Artaş Construction and Aydınlı Group, known for their significant investments in Kağıthane through the Vadistanbul projects, have decided to continue investing in the area. Their second venture in Kağıthane will be launched under the Vadipark brand. Vadipark marks the new gateway to the evolving Kağıthane district due to its strategic positioning. Planned as an alternative to the Maslak-Levent corridor, the Kağıthane area is steadily gaining value through ongoing industrial and urban renewal initiatives. Vadipark, set to become an exemplary addition to Kağıthane’s revitalized skyline, boasts architecture by Turkey’s award-winning firm, İki Design Mimarlık – Murat Kader.

In a statement, Süleyman Çetinsaya, Chairman of the Board of Artaş Construction, expressed full confidence in the Kağıthane region. Çetinsaya said, "We have completed most of the work for Vadipark and will soon unveil the project in full detail. We approached this land with a minimalist, human-centered design philosophy, aligning with upper-scale planning principles. Our project, located in an area free from the city’s density and population pressures, will offer a healthy and comfortable living space. During the transformation phase, we aimed to develop a project harmonizing with the valley’s form and integrating seamlessly with nature."

Ömer Faruk Kavurmacı, Chairman of the Board of Aydınlı Group, added, "We have been working diligently with Artaş Construction on the Vadipark project for this area for a long time. Every detail of the project has been meticulously designed. This is an exceptionally valuable location, and every square meter developed here holds great significance. Kağıthane is emerging as Istanbul’s new business and lifestyle hub. We are seeing strong demand not only from local investors but also significant interest from foreign investors. Vadipark will make a substantial contribution to Kağıthane’s renewed identity. In terms of transportation links, the project benefits from the TEM Highway running east-west and Cendere Road, which provides north-south connectivity along the valley, serving as primary transport arteries. Additionally, the secondary transport artery, connecting Cendere Road – Ayazağa Road and Hasdal Road, links the project area to Maslak and Büyükdere Avenue. This location offers a major advantage for Vadipark’s accessibility."
