Concord Istanbul

Concord Istanbul, Teknik Yapı's urban transformation project in Fikirtepe, consists of 1,173 residential units. The first phase of the project, currently on sale, includes 622 residences. Designed by architect Eren Yorulmazer, Concord Istanbul features 46 studios, 348 one-bedroom-plus-living-room units, 182 two-bedroom-plus-living-room units, and 41 three-bedroom-plus-living-room units. The Concord project, which also includes home offices and commercial spaces, spans approximately 21.5 acres and comprises two zoned islands.

At Concord Istanbul, a 5% down payment is required, followed by 10% in the 12th month and another 10% in the 24th month. The remaining 65% of the housing cost is structured with a loan at a 0.98% interest rate. A 20% discount is applied to the project.

Concord Istanbul, developed by Teknik Yapı under the 6306 Disaster Law in Fikirtepe, where urban transformation decisions were made, is designed to cater to nuclear families and working couples. Nazmi Durbakayım, Chairman of the Board of Teknik Yapı, stated that Fikirtepe would soon rival Ataşehir as both a residential and investment hub. Sales at Concord Istanbul are subject to a 1% VAT, along with tax and duty exemptions. The first phase of 622 residences sold out quickly, and the second phase, comprising 553 units, is now available.
