Sur Yapı's urban transformation project, implemented in the Santral neighborhood of Kepez district in Antalya, also consists of Holiday Homes and Turkuaz phases. The project is being constructed on an area of 1.3 million square meters. With approximately 19,000 residences, the project includes 260,000 square meters of green space. Initially, 1,000 residences were offered for pre-sale in the Sur Yapı Antalya project, with 1+1 apartments measuring 47 square meters, 2+1 apartments at 78.5 square meters, 3+1 apartments at 118.5 square meters, and 4+1 apartments at 186.5 square meters.
A 10% discount is applied to the list price in the Sur Yapı Antalya project. A down payment of 10% of the residence price is required. The remaining balance is payable in monthly installments of 1,948 TL starting from the 13th month, with no payments required for the first 12 months.

Pre-sales have begun for the Sur Yapı Antalya project, Turkey's largest urban transformation initiative. Over 20,000 pre-requests have been received from 69 different provinces in Turkey and 9 countries, with priority given to the first 1,000 residences slated for delivery in 2019.
Altan Elmas, Chairman of the Board of Sur Yapı, highlighted that the rental amortization period for Antalya's Kepez region is 14 years, stating, "This duration is among the shortest in Turkey for investment returns under rental amortization. Antalya's development is progressing towards the Kepez region, making it an ideal location for both residents and investors seeking excellent returns. The project integrates all life functions, offering a cooler, nature-adjacent lifestyle. Additionally, many individuals, both domestic and international, are interested in purchasing second or third homes in Antalya through our project, which brings us great satisfaction."
The new city will feature approximately 249,000 square meters of green space, including a massive central city park spanning about 157,000 square meters. This park will encompass green areas, ponds, greenhouse zones, children's playgrounds, activity areas, relaxation spots, walking and jogging trails, picnic areas, a museum, a neighborhood market, pergola-shaded rest areas, pier spaces, event tents, decorative pools, expansive squares, amphitheater zones, a village square, pond-side cafes, and grass fields, making it Antalya's largest city park.
Elmas noted that upon completion, the project will house around 70,000 residents: "We will first deliver homes to eligible owners, with a total of 19,000 residences targeted for completion over an 8-year period. The project, which will employ 5,000 people annually, represents an investment value of 8 billion TL. It stands as Turkey's largest and exemplary urban transformation, contributing significantly to employment and the economy. Moreover, our eco-friendly transformation model sets a benchmark for Turkey."
Following the successful sale of all 1,400 residences offered during the pre-launch phase and due to high demand, the Turkuaz phase—comprising 1,105 independent units symbolizing waterfront living and civilization within a secure compound—has been released for sale. All blocks in the Turkuaz phase are situated by the water, with apartment sizes ranging from 55 to 231 square meters across 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 types. The payment plan includes a 35% down payment, a 10% interim payment after one year, and the remaining balance payable in 36 interest-free installments, with a 10% discount for upfront payments.
