The Serenity Plus project, bearing the signature of Bakırcı Yapı, is being constructed on a 5,359-square-meter plot. The project consists of 223 independent units, including 154 residences, 51 offices, and 18 shops. The residential units range in size from 80.46 to 168.73 square meters. The 1+0 and 1+1 type offices are designed to be between 34.73 and 74.28 square meters. The shops vary in size from 39.07 to 832.55 square meters.

Another addition is being made to Bakırcı Yapı's residential brand, Serenity. Following the successful completion of Serenity Küçükköy, Serenity Halkalı, and Bakırcı Kemer projects, the company's latest venture is named Serenity Plus. Serenity Plus is being built in the Basın Ekspres area, which is considered an alternative to Büyükdere Avenue, located between Levent and Maslak, home to nearly 50,000 businesses and a workforce of 600,000. The project, which does not include 1+1 apartment types and is entirely designed around a family-living concept, features not only residences but also offices and shops. The construction of the project, which has garnered significant investor interest, is already completed. Title deeds are being delivered along with the contracts.
Bayram Sağlam, Chairman of the Board of Bakırcı Yapı, emphasized that they have always prioritized location in their projects and have maintained this tradition with Serenity Plus. He stated, "The project is situated in a central location just 2 minutes away from Basın Ekspres Road and right next to a metro station planned to open in 2019, making it an ideal choice for both living and investment. I believe the project will appreciate by at least 40% once this metro line becomes operational. Additionally, the Basın Ekspres Road is gaining value every day due to its proximity to world-renowned hotel chains, high-quality residential projects, the 2nd Ring Road, and E-5. From our project, access to the airport, shopping centers, and key city locations takes only 10-15 minutes.
