Fuzul Yapı and Emlak Konut GYO partnership is currently collecting preliminary demand for their new project in the heart of Istanbul's Beşiktaş Dikilitaş district. The project, launched under the name Barbaros 48, will feature commercial units.
The total plot size spans 3,357 square meters, with a floor area ratio (FAR) of 2.00. The maximum allowable construction area on the plot has been announced as 6,714 square meters.
The story behind Barbaros 48's plot:
Gökyol initially won the land auction for Beşiktaş Dikilitaş held by Emlak Konut GYO. However, since the company failed to complete the necessary formalities, the plot was transferred to Fuzul Yapı.
Gökyol İnşaat had won the Beşiktaş Dikilitaş land auction held by Emlak Konut GYO on October 27, 2020, during its second session. As the company did not fulfill its obligations over time, Emlak Konut GYO decided to sign a contract with Fuzul Yapı, which had submitted the second-best bid in the auction.
