Rising under the KUYAŞ signature, the Borsa Kule project consists of a 15-story tower and low-rise blocks. KUYAŞ is launching a new commercial project adjacent to the Kuyumcukent and Istanbul Vizyon Park developments. Borsa Kule will offer state-of-the-art amenities, including a VRF system for individualized heating, cooling, and ventilation (non-centralized, per-workshop), a waste treatment system, pressurized air and natural gas/electricity/water infrastructure, fiber-optic connectivity, balconies, an energy automation system to ensure each workshop receives the required power supply, uninterrupted energy with backup generators, high-level security tailored for professional needs, covered parking, grounding lines, fire suppression systems, TV and satellite broadcast infrastructure, telephone lines, and energy-efficient lighting in common areas.
