Newist Bayrampaşa

The Newist Bayrampaşa project is being constructed in Bayrampaşa by Istanbul Anıt Otelcilik. Comprising 243 offices and a hotel with a capacity of 204 rooms, the Newist Bayrampaşa project also includes 22 commercial shops. Spanning a land area of 15,520 square meters, the Newist Bayrampaşa project will be built as two blocks on a single ground level.

Payment terms for the Newist Bayrampaşa project have not yet been finalized.

Newist Bayrampaşa: A hotel and office concept project!

Developed by Istanbul Anıt Otelcilik in the Ortamahalle district of Bayrampaşa, the Newist Bayrampaşa project is a mixed-use development featuring hotel and office units. The project will rise on a 15,520-square-meter plot, consisting of two blocks built on a single ground level. It will house a 204-room hotel, a 243-unit office block, and 22 commercial shops. One of the two blocks is dedicated to the hotel, while the other is reserved for office spaces. The Newist Bayrampaşa project will be constructed on Parcel 2927, Blocks 47-48 in Ortamahalle. The hotel block will cover 7,673 square meters of the land area, while the office block will occupy 7,846 square meters.

Strategically located in a prime area, the Newist Bayrampaşa project will be adjacent to the TEM Highway and D-100 Highway. It is situated 9.5 kilometers from the 15 July Martyrs Bridge, 2.1 kilometers from the Haliç Bridge, 500 meters from the Bayrampaşa Metro Station, and 8 kilometers from Atatürk Airport. Additionally, the project is close to various educational institutions and offers a covered parking facility with a capacity for 900 vehicles, catering to the office block. Construction is expected to commence in February 2018, with project deliveries targeted for February 2023.
