Thirty percent of Central Ankara units were sold even before the official launch.
Central Ankara, a visionary collaboration between Emlak Konut GYO and Pasifik İnşaat, has now been unveiled. This mixed-use development combines residential, office, retail, and hotel functions, rising in the city's historic center alongside the under-construction 1,700-acre AKM Millet Bahçesi. The project aims to revitalize what is considered Ankara's true central district. Additionally, with a construction area of 1.217 million square meters, it stands out as Turkey's largest mixed-use project built on a single parcel. The development, divided into three phases, will see its first deliveries by the end of 2021.
Fatih Erdoğan, Chairman of Pasifik İnşaat, emphasized that Central Ankara is a landmark project for the city, situated in what he described as Ankara's 'true center.' He stated, 'We are rising in Ankara's first and true center. We believe this project will play a crucial role in restoring the area's former charm.' Erdoğan noted that pre-sales had already begun, with 30% of units sold even before marketing efforts commenced. The first phase is set for delivery in two years.
Erdoğan highlighted that Central Ankara will be connected to AKM Millet Bahçesi via a bridge, positioning the project at the intersection of old and new Ankara—the city's most accessible location. He underscored its proximity to historical and cultural sites, Ankapark, the train station, the upcoming Etlik City Hospital, leading universities, and metro and Başkentray lines, ensuring unparalleled connectivity. Sales for 2+1 apartments in the project have already been completed.
Erdoğan also shared that Central Ankara had a highly successful summer in terms of residential sales. Under Emlak Konut's 'Don’t Postpone Your Dreams Campaign,' the project achieved record-breaking sales, with over 600 units sold in just two months. 'Despite rising mortgage rates, demand remains strong. We’ve sold 1,070 of the 1,425 total units—75% of the first residential phase—and have now launched the second phase with momentum,' he added.
