The Piyalepaşa Istanbul project, developed by Piyalepaşa Real Estate, comprises residential units, luxury residences, a hotel, office spaces, and a shopping street. The project includes 760 housing units, 190 of which are luxury residences. The residential area of Piyalepaşa Istanbul spans 107,000 square meters, the office area covers 50,000 square meters, the hotel area extends over 34,000 square meters, and the shopping area is 31,000 square meters.

In the Piyalepaşa Istanbul project, the apartments are eligible for bank loans.

Located in the heart of Istanbul, in the Beyoğlu district, Piyalepaşa Istanbul is set to become Turkey's largest urban transformation project undertaken by the private sector. This mixed-use development, featuring residential units, luxury residences, offices, a hotel, and a shopping street, was showcased at Mipim, the world's largest real estate fair. The project aims to stand out with its eco-friendly approach and has been evaluated for the 'LEED Neighborhood Development' certification for urban areas, while its three office and hotel blocks are under consideration for the 'LEED Green Building' certification. Piyalepaşa Istanbul will be one of the first projects in the world and Turkey to achieve the LEED Neighborhood Development certification. Strategically positioned for excellent connectivity, Piyalepaşa Istanbul boasts proximity to the D-100 highway and ring road connections, the Dolmabahçe and Kağıthane tunnels, as well as the Çağlayan Courthouse and hospitals. Additionally, it offers quick access to central locations such as Beyoğlu's İstiklal Street, Karaköy, Kabataş, Nişantaşı, and Beşiktaş within just a few minutes. Handovers for the first phase of the Piyalepaşa Istanbul project have already commenced.

With the backing of Polat, Piyalepaşa Istanbul, a project rising with an $800 million investment by Piyalepaşa Real Estate, reflects influences from Seljuk and Ottoman architecture. The design of the project is the work of award-winning architect Murat Kader. During the launch event, Adnan Polat, Chairman of the Board of Polat Holding, stated that buyers of properties in Piyalepaşa Istanbul can expect a 100% premium by the time of handover. Polat emphasized that they are offering competitive prices compared to other projects in the area and are conducting sales in Turkish Lira.

The foundation of the Piyalepaşa Istanbul project was laid on May 6, 2016, with sales beginning in November 2015. Out of the initial 400 residential units in the first phase, 250 were sold. As of March 29, 2017, the second phase, comprising 205 units, was made available for sale. Kaan Yücel, General Manager of Piyalepaşa Real Estate, mentioned that the initial sales price per square meter was 7,500 TL, but current prices start at 10,500 TL. Yücel added, "The premium rate in the project is around 35-40%. By the time the project is fully delivered in 2020, we anticipate the apartments will achieve a 100% premium."

The most anticipated final two street-facing blocks in Piyalepaşa Istanbul are now open for sale.
