The Porta Vadi project, developed by Tüm Yapı, consists of a total of 72 residences, 166 offices, and 20 retail units spread across 4 blocks. One of the blocks is dedicated to residential units, while the other three house office spaces. The retail units are strategically positioned beneath the blocks. With a generous 35-meter gap between blocks, Porta Vadi offers a more spacious living environment compared to many other projects. We’ve meticulously planned every detail, from eco-friendly lighting in common areas to a rainwater harvesting system for irrigating green spaces, ensuring Porta Vadi delivers a delightful living experience.'
