Located at the intersection of Maslak and Kağıthane, along the revitalized Sadabad Stream, Kordon Istanbul will be constructed in two phases. Inspired by İzmir's Kordonboyu, the project initially offered 200 units for sale. Targeting middle and upper-income demographics, the project received over 4,000 pre-application requests during the early phase. Sales officially began with the project's launch. Each unit type at Kordon Istanbul is situated in a separate block.

İnanç Kabadayı, Chairman of the Board of Ege Yapı, stated: "Once the Sadabad Stream rehabilitation project is completed, the area will become a hub for active living, featuring uninterrupted walking and cycling paths alongside numerous sports facilities. The project aims to connect the forests of Eyüp and Sarıyer with the Golden Horn through a green corridor, transforming the region into a lush ecological zone. Upon completion, a 9-kilometer uninterrupted green corridor will emerge, blending historical and modern textures with nature. The area is increasingly becoming a focal point for Istanbul's most significant transportation projects. It boasts access to the world's first three-level bridge, the historic dekovil line, metro and light rail connections, and easy access to major arteries like E5 and E6. Additionally, the location offers quick commutes: 9 minutes to Levent, 10 minutes to Mecidiyeköy, 5 minutes to Maslak, 5 minutes to Taksim, and just 17 minutes to Beşiktaş. Beyond its social amenities, Kordon Istanbul's proximity to universities, hospitals, and shopping centers ensures residents enjoy the privilege of living in the heart of Istanbul." Sales for the first phase of the project have been completed, with the second phase progressing rapidly.
