Piazza, a mixed-concept project, is rising on a 42,000-square-meter plot in Maltepe's Cevizlik neighborhood. The project features a 21-story office block, a 29-story residential block with 230 apartments, and a shopping mall with 56,000 square meters of leasable space. Piazza includes 113 one-bedroom (1+1), 99 two-bedroom (2+1), and 18 three-bedroom (3+1) apartments. The 1+1 units range from 57 to 95 square meters, the 2+1 units from 95 to 205 square meters, and the 3+1 units from 105 to 212 square meters.
The Piazza project offers installment plans with up to 60 months of interest-free payments or 120 months with a 0.50% interest rate until June 2020.

The Piazza project, developed by Rönesans Real Estate on a plot purchased for 815 million TL from İller Bankası's 2013 tender, has been unveiled to the public. Rönesans Real Estate decided to bring the Piazza brand to Maltepe after its success in Samsun, Gaziantep, and Şanlıurfa. Long known as "Rönesans Maltepe," the project includes residential, office, and retail spaces. The apartments and offices boast views of the Princes' Islands and the sea. Since its launch, Piazza has attracted significant interest, with 40% of its residential units sold within a month. By October, 65% of the residences in the residential block had found buyers.
Located adjacent to Maltepe Park Shopping Mall, the Piazza project is also close to Kartal Education and Research Hospital and the Courthouse Palace. With an investment value of 320 million euros, the project comprises a 29-story residential tower, a 21-story office block, and a shopping mall with open spaces. The Class A office block, developed with Rönesans Real Estate's expertise, offers leasable spaces of up to 3,250 square meters per floor. The block, featuring terraces and balconies, is also a candidate for LEED Gold Certification. The shopping mall within Piazza includes open plaza areas where visitors can enjoy various events and leisure activities.
Hasan Şimşek, General Manager of Rönesans Real Estate Investment, predicts that Piazza will attract approximately 16 million visitors annually. He stated, "With around 3,000 people expected to work in the office section and 1,500 in the shopping mall, the 230 luxury residences will offer profitable returns and high rental yields for investors. In Istanbul, where traffic congestion is a frequent issue, projects located along key transportation routes garner significant interest. Investments like metro lines positively influence visitor preferences and enhance the value of residential and office projects. Piazza's office block stands out due to its proximity to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, the new financial center, and major highway connections."
