The architectural project, designed by Efekta Architecture, has a total construction area of 116,600 square meters in its first phase. The project includes a total of 393 offices: 190 in Tower A, 189 in Tower B, and 14 in Tower C. The offices range in size from 79, 83, and 320 square meters. Thanks to modular designs and architectural flexibility, the project offers alternative usage areas of up to 1,250 square meters per floor.

The Business Istanbul project offers discounts for upfront payments. For installment plans, a 30% down payment is required. The remaining 50% of the residential cost can be paid in 24, 36, or 48-month installments within the company. The final 20% of the residential cost is due upon delivery, while the VAT is payable upon title deed transfer.
